These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Still Here Paws online store and purchasing The Complete Senior Dog Care System. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the store or purchase our products.
Our digital product
The Complete Senior Dog Care System is a digital product for people caring for senior dogs or dogs whose needs are changing. It is designed to help you organize observations, routines, notes, questions, and meaningful moments.

The product is educational and organizational. It is not veterinary, medical, mental-health, or therapeutic advice. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition, and it does not replace advice from a qualified veterinarian or other professional.
Orders and payment
The price of The Complete Senior Dog Care System is shown on the product page at the time of purchase. The current price is $29 USD, as a one-time payment. There is no subscription or recurring charge.
Payment is processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.
We may contact you if there is a problem with your payment, order information, or digital delivery.
Digital delivery
After successful payment, your digital files are delivered automatically. You may receive access through the order confirmation experience and by email at the address entered during checkout.
No physical item is shipped, and no shipping address is required for the digital product. Please check your spam, promotions, or junk folder if you do not immediately see the delivery email.
Refunds
Our digital products are covered by the Still Here Paws 30-Day Quiet Guarantee. You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing stillherepaws@gmail.com with your order number.
You do not need to provide a reason, complete a form, or return anything. For full details, please review our Refund Policy.
Personal-use license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for yourself and the dogs in your household.
You may download the files, use them on your personal devices, and print copies for your household's personal use. You may keep the downloaded files even if an eligible refund is approved under our Refund Policy.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly, upload, copy for unrelated households, reproduce for commercial use, or claim the files or their contents as your own. You may not remove copyright, branding, or ownership notices.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms remain with Still Here Paws.
Intellectual property
The Still Here Paws name, branding, product design, written content, page layouts, illustrations, audio content, and downloadable files are owned by or licensed to Still Here Paws and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a digital product gives you a license to use it. It does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
Responsible use
The system is intended to support observation, organization, preparation, and thoughtful conversations with your veterinarian. It must not be used as a substitute for professional veterinary care or in an emergency.
If your dog appears seriously ill, injured, distressed, or in immediate danger, contact a qualified veterinarian or emergency veterinary service promptly.
Product information and availability
We work to keep product descriptions, prices, files, and store information accurate. However, minor errors, delays, or temporary interruptions may occasionally occur. We may correct errors, update files, or improve the product when reasonably necessary.
If a purchased file is replaced or updated, we may provide an updated download link or notify eligible customers using the email associated with their order.
Third-party services
The store may rely on third-party services, including Shopify, PayPal, email providers, hosting services, and file-delivery systems. Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limitations, or processing times.
Your use of a third-party payment or delivery service may also be subject to that provider's terms.
Privacy
We handle customer information according to our Privacy Policy. We use order information and email addresses as needed to process purchases, deliver digital files, provide support, and communicate about an order.
Limitation of responsibility
Still Here Paws provides an organizational and educational tool. We do not promise a specific health, behavioral, medical, or life outcome for any dog or caregiver.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Still Here Paws is not responsible for decisions made solely from using the product, interruptions caused by third-party services, or loss resulting from misuse, unauthorized sharing, or failure to seek appropriate professional care.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the store, product, payment methods, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the store after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
